I had a short drive today. Only 74 miles. On the way to Sandpoint, ID, I stopped at Silverwood, a local amusement park. I managed to get in on a half price “senior” admission fee. Unfortunately, this park is only open on weekends in September. Because of this there were a lot of people here, resulting in waiting in long line for the rides. I only rode the two wooden roller coasters once each. Then I just wondered around watching people & taking pictures. In the afternoon I took a short bike ride out of town. The scenery north of Coeur d’Alene, ID is very beautiful making the bike ride enjoyable.
