Map of Venice.

6 June 2008: A day in VENICE.

I rode the train from Padua, Italy to visit Venice. The weather included a cool wet morning & a warm sunny afternoon. When I first arrived in Venice, I attempted to explore the maze of narrow streets (no cars) without the aid of a map. When I kept coming back to the same place, I decided to purchase a map. "Mi sono Perso"! For this blog post here is an assortment of images of Venice, Italy. When I returned to Padua I had no map. I got horribly lost. I think getting lost European cities seems to be an underlying theme for this trip.
