June 15, 2009 GALWAY

After returning from our visit to Inishmore, I shot the following photos of Galway as I walked towards the Ardawn B&B.

June 15, 2009 A SUNNY DAY ON INISHMORE

Most of us got on our bus this morning to drive west to Rossaveel. From there we took the ferry boat to Inishmore, the largest of the three Aran Islands. Today we were blessed with warm sunny weather. When we arrived in Kilronan, we hired two tourist minivans with guides/drivers to tour Inishmore. Chris hired a bicycle (sans driver/guide). On the drive back to Galway, we experienced some cool refreshing rain.
